Welcome to Illy Paper House (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may refrain from using the site.

1. Business Information

Illy Paper House is an independent Filipino design studio offering digital stationery, branding assets, and limited-edition physical notecards.

2. Products

Digital Products

  • Delivered instantly via email or your download page.

  • Include stationery templates, digital suites, editable files, and custom digital layouts.

  • Digital items are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Physical Products

  • Include notecards, limited-edition stationery, and other printed goods.

  • Production and delivery timelines will be indicated per item.

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and paper material.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted through our Shopify checkout.
We accept a variety of payment methods through PayMongo.

Once payment is confirmed, your order begins processing. We reserve the right to decline orders for reasons including but not limited to: payment issues, stock concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping (Physical Items)

Shipping fees and timelines are calculated upon checkout.
Delays that occur due to couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we will assist you as best as we can.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Products

Strictly non-refundable.
Due to the nature of instant access files, all digital purchases are final.

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements are available only for:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items shipped

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photos.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6. Custom Projects

Custom work (wedding suites, branding, websites, layouts, illustrations) follows its own contract and cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, digital files, and artworks are owned by Illy Paper House.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

8. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to process your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
